Faulty toys

If a toy arrives faulty or damaged, ask for a return or an exchange from your order's page within 7 days of delivery. We pay the return shipping.

Change of mind

We do not take back toys that work as they should, so please check the age range and details before ordering.

Refunds

Once we receive the toy back, we refund what you paid, to the same method where possible.
