What we collect

To deliver your order we keep your name, phone number, address and what you bought. If you sign in we keep your account, and if you write a review, its text and photos. We count visits and searches without recording who made them.

Who else receives it

• KonnectHub connects our shop to our office system and carries your order, name, phone and address. It keeps them for up to 90 days.
• Couriers (Pathao, Steadfast, RedX) receive the recipient's name, phones, address, the cash to collect and the rider note, because they cannot deliver without them.
• PortPOS receives your name, phone and address when you pay online, as it requires.
• Zaman IT sends our text messages and receives your phone number and the message.
• Meta receives a scrambled form of your phone number, the products and the total of your order, so our ads reach people likely to buy. If you came from a Meta ad, it also receives the pages you viewed with us. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser to stop the second part.
• WhatsApp, Messenger and Telegram carry the chats you start with us. We delete a chat when you ask.
• Cloudflare carries all traffic to our website and stores product pictures and the photos you upload for reviews and returns.

Your choices

You can ask us to show or delete your data from your account or by contacting us. We keep order records that the law requires us to keep.
